Room was lovely and kept really clean throughout the whole stay, the cleaning staff were so friendly and helpful. I must admit this wasn't very clear, but the staff didn't speak very good English so we just had to try and guess what snacks and drinks etc were included. The receptionist gave us our room key and a list of times for the all inclusive items in the restaurant.
When we arrived the suitcases were sanitized, we had temperature checks and filled out locator forms to adhere to COVID standards. Wasn't expecting a lot from the hotel because of the price we paid, and the fact that Covid-19 had obviously changed travel and everything else. Thank you to all the staff who helped turn our trip into such a lovely experience and see you next year! … We highly recommend using her for your money exchange and day-trip needs.

Valentina is wonderful and helpful and let us rent bicycles for free as a thank you for booking a day-trip with her. We changed our money and booked some trips there. Across the road from the hotel is a tour agency run by a Ukrainian lady called Valentina. It's not as if giving a piece of meat to a cat just the one time is a criminal offence! Also, the restaurant manager goes around spraying water at the cats under the tables and we ended up with wet feet and legs. We are not stupid and don't need to be told things repeatedly. We apologised, yet within 2 minutes the restaurant manager came and really told us off. just once, slipped one of them a piece of meat to eat (because we're animal lovers and kindness doesn't cost anything!!) we were shouted at by a waiter.
